I wrote this on the community page. It seems that the game keeps crashing. Is there a ticket out for this? I would like to see if we can do another Palooza this month since the game crashes. I don’t know what the resolution will be? (and not I am sorry here is 50 gems…)
Wheat compensation would you give to resolve 8.1. crashes? Thoughts?

I started a Palooza 15 minutes ago, the game gave an error and closed by itself 3 times. It was that the battles themselves had some animations getting stuck. It took forever to get the 4 gnomes and not be able to finish a Palooza to get a refund of 50 gems 🤡🤡

Logically there needs to be compensation for rewards lost including quest rewards. Does this company have the moral integrity to maintain this level of professionalism? I lost quest item rewards because of this crash, multiple times…
