Journey is currently broken, resulting in missed rewards due to receiving significantly less points from battles. There isn’t any automated compensation process, you need to open a support ticket for your guild. While the request form might look complicated at first glance, it’s not really that difficult. Navigate to the Gems of War Support page at [https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). 2.) Further input fields will show up. 3.) This caused our guild GUILD\_NAME to miss out on rewards. We’ve always reached reward tier PAST\_TIER in the past, this time we’ve only reached reward tier CURRENT\_TIER, even after struggling through increasingly overtuned battles. Please send the missed rewards to all our guild members. If you are unsure about rewards tiers, make a best guess based on this table: | Tier | Rewards | | --- | --- | | 1 | 5 gems, 1000 gold, 100 souls | | 2 | 5 gems, 1000 gold, 100 souls, 1 event key | | 3 | 5 gems, 1500 gold, 150 souls, 2 event keys, 1 vault key | | 4 | 5 gems, 2000 gold, 200 souls, 500 writs | | 5 | 2500 gold, 250 souls, 8 runic traitstones, portrait, 1 deed | | 6 | 5 gems, 3000 gold, 300 souls, 2 deeds | | 7 | 3500 gold, 350 souls, 3 event keys, 3 deeds | | 8 | 4000 gold, 400 souls, 4 event keys, 5 arcane traitstones | | 9 | 30 gems, 4500 gold, 450 souls, 25 diamonds | | 10 | 5000 gold, 500 souls, 1 shiny key, 1 imperial deed | | 11 | 5500 gold, 550 souls, 1 epic vault key, 2 imperial deeds | | 12 | 6000 gold, 600 souls, title, 2 books of deeds | | 13 | 7000 gold, 700 souls, 3 celestial traitstones, 2 shiny keys | | 14 | 8000 gold, 800 souls, 25 cursed runes, 5 shiny tokens | | 15 | 9000 gold, 900 souls, 30 dragonite, 1 orb of minions | | 16 | 10000 gold, 1000 souls, 1 major orb of chaos, 4 shiny keys | 6.)
