# Game Crashing when accessing global chat

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
Was put into channel 3 in global chat. Tried to change to channel 1, and it would not change. Disconnected from chat to try & reset, now game locks up whenever I try to access chat.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Every time I try to connect to chat

**Steps to make it happen again**  
It’s happening every time
