The support is amazing and they’re very busy right now but I’m sure you’ll get your issues resolved. In the meantime it might be an idea to edit your thread title because it’s obviously not done on purpose or part of any marketing plan. Regards Daniel ---

Yes , done. the support team replied and things are getting better. They ask me questions about the issues and seem to set things. The game doesn’t crash anymore. I forgot to edit the thread my apologies.
