# Game crashes when opening glory chests

This has happened to me three times in a row now (the last three times I opened glory chests), so it might be a bug instead of a random crash.

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**

I expected to watch the glory chests shake and open, one after another. Instead, between one and three chests open and then the game crashes.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**

Open glory chests.

Hi,

It could be that the game had trouble contacting the server. Are you still experiencing the crash? Did affect any other chests or just Glory?

It hasn’t happened again, but that might be because I haven’t had any big batches of glory keys to open.
