Played on PS4 decided to start playing on PC. how can I sync my process from PS4 to PC?

Not possible,  
Console versions cannot cross play with PC/mobile.  
Only PC and mobile.

Unfortunely Sony doesn’t allows cross-play with other plataforms.  
`К сожалению, Sony не разрешает перекрестные данные между другими платформами.`
