And even buy fraction, for that matter. **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** I seen it with previous fraction, but I thought I missed something. No, I really can omit buying/unlocking fraction for using it in the event. **Steps to make it happen again** - Do not buy/unlock fraction - Participate in the event freely. ---

I believe it’s only for Delves that you have to do the quests first. Faction events are always unlocked. ---

But it’s a Delve too. Or “event delve” doesn’t count as delve? 🙂 ---

That way, newbie players that might not even be far enough to have unlocked any of them have a shot at playing in the event. ---
