There is now so much progression, players can go for thousands of hours without ever looking at PvP or guild tasks. This has essentially crippled life for casual guilds, nobody wants to play it. I don’t even want to play it. So…

Separate the casual guilds from the pseudo-raid guilds. A guild has to pick one or the other. Casuals will never be paired with the pros in either PvP or guild wars. If an individual player wants to play in the meta, let them choose an appropriate guild. Alternatively, simply shut it down outright until devs can figure out how to make it actually mean something to people who play less than two hours per day.
