How come we don’t have some new variation on the pathfinders, now we’re running out of different options to turn into them? Would have been a good idea to start making them create hero gems, especially having some create the current campaign’s hero gems. If Sera Ashsong created Volcano gems instead of Yellow gems, it would suit her look and the campaign.

Because A) they devs have been doing the same thing for years, now maybe? so hoping they shake things up would be Pie in the Sky, B) There are many combinations they haven’t tapped into yet, ie. Green/Naga, Blue/Merfolk, Purple/Undead, but I digress.

We’ve gone through a large number of them, but there are still plenty left under the current paradigm. There’s something like 32 or 33 different “troop” types even if you ignore the stuff like “Gnome” or “Tower” or “Boss”, and six colors for each. Now I might be wrong, but my recall without any research/confirmation is that we don’t have more than three Pathfinders of any particular troop type with the current spell “paradigm” and therefore we’ve got several years to go before we run out. Even if that eventually means we’d get to some pretty miserable combinations (for the Player) of troop type and color.

Miserable combinations? Are you saying that purple Tauros wouldn’t be a fun restriction? 😂

At once a month, that’s definitely more than several years..
and they’ll eventually repeat a color and put it in a different kingdom and call it a different troop and make it even worse

Considering how we’d get at least one and maybe two more purple Tauros troops released the same week as that event? It would be a pain in the posterior, but it wouldn’t _quite_ be impossible. We’ve already got two, now, at least if you also have the Immortal who qualifies.
But please, _please_ don’t give the developers any more bright ideas. Like Red/Brown/Purple Gnomes. (Because Yellow or Blue = Cedric, and Green = Pet Gnomes who summon Beasts)

I’d take purple Tauros.
I still need purple ~~Books~~ crystals.
