# \[Fixed\] Update to game Auto Banned me

iPad iOS system

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**!  
I was playing the game and it prompted me to update. I then went to the App Store to update as requested. After that was completed, I launched the game and was notified my account was banned.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It happens every time I launch the game.

Weird, doesn’t it usually give a ban reason? Open a support ticket [here](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), category “Appeal a ban”.

Somebody should buy treasure maps off the merchant and see if they get banned… for science.

I actually buy treasure maps from merchant, no ban so far, for now.
