**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:** _This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example:_ log into chat and the game will not allow it giving me an error message that my username extension, LISARWEN\_SEXC “contains bad words.” **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** i have been playing for about 5 weeks. able to log into chat daily. today, the problem began. LISARWEN is my game name. I presume Gems of War assigned/created my username: LISARWEN\_SEXC **Steps to make it happen again** I didnt chose or create the SEXC extension on my game name. And besides, with that game generated extension, I’ve been signing into chat for the past 5 weeks. Something happened and now the game will not accept my game generated name ☹ ---

Same thing is happening to me. “Arisis Reborn” is my gamertag. ---

Dear GAW Sorry, it still will not let me sign on to chat. Same error message: LISARWEN\_SEXC contains a bad word. I’d appreciate it if you’d give it another look-see. TYVM Lisa O’
