I see on PvP that we have Citadel War on 5 Regions and the Winner Alliance can no voting?

Same on a Android phone. Plus region restrictions and gems changed.  
However weekly points wasn’t reset - VP nor Citadel points. Or PvP goals.

I think the duck billed platypus is the most appropriate in this case. It’s a mish mash of stuff that doesn’t make sense, exactly like the current Alliance game mode!

I have a citadel battle and a game crash after win.  
But as I understand it, there just shouldn’t be any battles today.
