Every time I try to buy something with real Money (a Menagerie, a Weapon) that’s on the right side, I get kicked out of the Game, meaning the Game closes. It’s probably a PlayStation issue, since I play on a PlayStation 5.

This is something we are aware of and a dev is in the process of investigating what has caused this to stop working.
If anyone else experiences this with offers that have not already been mentioned in this thread, that information would be appreciated!

For those who are getting this issue, are the missing prices on offers happening immediately when the game is launched? As in, it’s happening to whatever the first flash offer is when Gems of War loads to the world map, or is it happening even after playing for some time and other flash offers have already appeared?
If it’s happening only on the first flash offer as soon as the game loads, it sounds similar to an issue that was on XBOX, so we would be able to pinpoint the same cause if that is the case

I have thos issue as well. If the item such as ring of wonder shows the price i can get it however if the space is blank it crashes the game such as flash offers, pvo goodies and more.
Will check after work to see is the campaign pass has the same issue.

Yeah it’s true,I test it,ever bundle like Path to power where is space blank,crash game every time,elite pass is possible to buy, but elite pass+ have blank space and if click on it…crash.Same story in Underspire Deep Shrine.pic.if i click on elite pass(pic.2)and if click on Elite+ pass(pic.3)

It will happen to all offer that are blank.
But trying to get an idea of

Or is it just happening randomly throughout..
In the example of the Campaign Pass @Fusnix , did you go into the Campaign Screen and check the Pass as soon as Gems of War had loaded?

It is blank as soon as you start the game and it doesn’t change. My campaign pass has a price but not the elite

Are you going into the Campaign Pass screen as soon as you load into the World Map as your first action though and it’s missing?
Or is it missing even if you load into the world map, do a battle, check your mail etc and then check the Campaign screen?
_Without any other flash offers appearing in the meantime_

There will be a fix for the blank text coming in 8.9, making any changes there requires a client fix unfortunately.
Then I’ll be keeping an eye out if any purchase issues continue or if any error 100 codes start appearing again.
But a fix unfortunately cannot be pushed any earlier, it requires an update 🫠
If anyone sees an offer that had an empty price, resolve itself, please also let me know, especially the Elite+ Pass.
Or if you can purchase the Elite Pass and then purchase the + Pass upgrade (the total cost is the same as just buying the Elite+ Pass)

Game crashes when trying to buy Headstart or Underspire Lanterns. Price tag is blank but this was often the case in the past too and did not crash the game, the price was then shown on the store. This is very annoying! (EU). Strangely, my partner account can buy those items and their price is visible. The only difference I can think of is that I don’t need to enter my password for purchases, but that is not the reason as a friend who does need to enter his password has the same crash problem.

8.9 was intended to release this week but there has been issues with QA, so it’s been pushed to next week. I have asked again about this bug and what the plan is, given it is now releasing after the Season ends.
