When did it begin happening?** “Just” now. And dont want to try again. **Steps to make it happen again** Play lvl500 delve with the Faction’s team. ---

Hey guys, Thank you for your report. Please let me know which Faction this occurred in @sxesic? It looks like Throsh is trying something we Kafka to resolve this, so I’ll wait and see how that workaround goes with them as it’s a bit fiddly. Otherwise I don’t have any other temporary solutions at this stage. ☹ ---

Actually, the team have just put in a fix for this in 4.2. As it is a client issue it can’t be fixed before then. I’ve added it to [Known Issues](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000497716) so you can keep up to date there. When 4.2 releases anyone currently affected by the issue (without the Trophy) or anyone who plans to unlock it will need to Upgrade their Treasure Hoard. This will trigger the renown to recalculate and the Trophy to be registered. ---

Update to this… @GoldPhoenix0 realised it would be annoying to have to do that, so now in 4.2 all you have to do is open the Faction Info menu from the Faction with the highest Renown (that has the issue).
