# \[Fixed\] 2018 Forums theme is hard to read with black text on dark gray background

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
Xbox Series X, using Microsoft Edge app to view Gems of War Forums with 2018 theme.

**Screenshot or image:**  
Don’t have one.

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Normally the 2018 theme uses white text on a dark gray background which is easy to read, but now it has black text on a dark gray background and is very difficult to read.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Every time since Saturday, May 4, 2024.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
View Gems of War Forums with 2018 theme on the Microsoft Edge app on Xbox Series X. Not sure if other browsers/platforms are affected by this bug too.

Just chiming it to say I tested it on ios using safari, and my pc (windows 11) using both Edge and Chrome, and I am NOT having the issue you describe.

Hope this helps narrow things down.

Now it’s working correctly again. Not sure what caused the black text in the first place, but now I’ve got white text again. Much better. 🙂
