Bumping for visibility and hopefully at least _some_ word on whether or not this is intentional. It doesn’t seem like it would be. The skill bonus gap between those with 27 kingdoms at level 10 and no kingdoms at level 10 is the same as the difference between those with 27 five star kingdoms and those with no five star kingdoms, but leveled versus not leveled accounts for a 1080 score point gap, and five star versus not five star accounts for _zero_ score points.
