This also interfered with the availability of “Skulker,” who was added to The Black Heart last month. People got used to opening chaos portals when a new faction (deep delve) releases, so that they could get the previous month’s new deep delve troop.

(And btw, he is the only goblin without an extra turn, making it seem very strange, possibly needing a “fix.”).
