# Event keys used, but without cards

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
I clicked to use 50 event keys, and after confirming the client crashed. When I reopened the game the keys were used but I wasn’t granted any additional troops.  
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
N/A
