# Error in store purchase

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
Was buying Chalice of Gems. Got message that there was an error and was not charged, but steam account shows I was charged and 19.99 taken out of my steam wallet

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
Make another purchase

You need to contact support so we can solve this (we may need/give information that we don’t want posted on the forums, like passwords etc)
