# Error encountered on treasure map

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**

I was expecting to receive rewards based on the resulting page of my efforts.  
What actually happened was a blank error message, and no rewards.  
When I closed the program and opened it again, I got the Error Invalid Guild error message.  
Then I closed the program and opened it again, and I had not received any rewards.

However, I did get the treasure map back, so that wasn’t spent.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
No idea

Lots of errors lately, losing lots of treasures. This, and PVP battles. I guess the servers are getting hammered

@Sirrian and the rest of the team have found that the problem is with their existing server provider. There is another thread started on this issue.
