# Error: Cannot connect to game server

I have been getting this error message for like +10 hours now 🙂  
I cannot get past the loading screen…

Error:

Our servers currently experiencing difficulties.Please wait a few minutes and restart the game.

(Xbox One) - invite code: Wicked K - Lvl 1087

I’ve had this happen in the past on Xbox One, and if I recall correctly, a clearing of the console’s cache and a disconnecting/reconnecting of the modem/router remedied things.

Otherwise, you may have to uninstall Gems of War, then reinstall it.

My less than tech-savvy suggestions for you. Hope you can get back at it soon.
