# Error 768 while loading

Hi. Whenever I try to open the game (Xbox 1) there is a message os error 768.  
The game does not load.  
What’s the solution for that? I’ve tried Uninstalling and installing again but it didn’t work.

Salut à tous, de même pour moi error code 768. J’ai effacé espace réservé et le jeu,vider le cache suivant la manip sur le site gem of war… j’ai ensuite installé le jeu via le store, l’image du jeu apparaît maintenant avec des citrouilles… je relance et toujours error code 768… là je ne sais pas quoi faire, à part attendre la résolution du problème chez eux

French users in my guild are still experiencing this Asset download error 768, since Tuesday at reset.

A possible workaround for some people that allows the game to load at least partially, with images for cities and troops, is to switch the in-game language to English.
