# Elementalist class still locked. Questline is complete

I am on iPhone IOS 15.5

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Completed the Nexus Quest some time ago.  
Elementalist Class is still locked but says I must complete the Nexus Quest. On my device the Nexus Quest indicates ‘complete’

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
The Class has just remained Locked. I’ve restarted my phone and reloaded the game.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
N/A
