The issue with Dragonite and dragons in gambling games like Gems of War raises valid concerns about fairness and player satisfaction. Pretty sure the difference is that you can earn Draenor regularly through play, while the premium stuff is only bought directly, so it’s not technically gambling under most laws. ---

Different countries treat digital currencies and loot systems differently, so one game feature could be legal in one place and not in another. It’s all about how laws define gambling. ---

I’m in Europe and it feels like this setup is skirting close to gambling laws, especially since the real-money link to randomized rewards isn’t very clear in-game. ---

I’m in UK. Van I ask , What’s the difference between this. And paying money for FIFA packs, or siege 6 packs. We’re nothings real, and when the servers go down, you lose everything you pay for, 20 years of fifa packs bought and lost, for some people. A genuine question, as IV always thought, why are we paying for things, to never be our property. ---

I just avoid buying anything tied to random drops and stick to guaranteed purchases. Way less frustrating and I know exactly what I’m getting without worrying about luck or legal stuff. ---
