# Dragonette won't ascend

It seems to be frozen. I have 29 dragonettes, but it won’t let me ascend it. I use android phone and pc. I’ve cleared the game cache on my phone and I’ve verified the game files on Steam with no errors.

Hi Grunge,

Our support Ninja, Vexx, just fixed that for you (we think)  
Looks like it had eaten 10 cards, but not ascended - we’ve bumped it up to Epic for you now, which should fix the problem.

Did you try turning dragonette off and then on again?
