# Don't get my Daily Gems!

_Nintendo Switch - Game and System up to date._

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
_Monday I bought the Daily Gem Package but I don’t recieve any Gems. Also it’s possible to buy it again (buy-button not greyed out) while it’s normally a one-time-in-2-weeks._  
_I got a transaction number and a reciept number from Nintendo so I can verify my transaction to somebody who needs to know this information to help me._

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_This is the first time. I bought the Daily Gems regularly in the past with no problems._

**Steps to make it happen again**  
I’m not willing to try if it happens again if I try a second time (which I shouldn’t be able to do anyways).

Thanx for the link.  
For everyone who has the same issue:  
Restarting the _game_ didn’t help me out, but restarting the _console_ did.  
So I’m fine now.
