# Did not receive class weapon at 250 wins

**Platform, device version and operating system:** PC/Android

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I achieved 250 wins with the Dragonguard class and did not get the class weapon in the mail.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Just after the 4.2.5 update

Thanks for letting us know! We’ve investigated and found the issue. We should have a fix out shortly, where upon winning another battle with that class you should receive the mail containing the weapon. 🙂

@anon25178968 the fix should be live now. If you still haven’t received the class weapon after winning another battle with the class, let us know and we’ll investigate further
