# Diamantina allowed on Vulpacea teams?

Why am I seeing Diamantina on PvP battles that are supposed to be restricted to Vulpacea teams?

You’re seeing it because the actual troop is Stellarix who is from Vulpacea. PvP automatically replaces Stellarix with Diamantina and Wand of Stars with Prismatic Orb. 🙂

I’ve often wondered about this. Diamantina replacement would violate restrictions. Same with Wand of Stars and Prismatic Orb in Nexus restriction?

The replacement must occur after it’s checked for violations.

Basically, yes. The team is validated at _attack_ time, but the replacement occurs at _defense_ time.

The dragon and weapon are also being replaced in GW defense teams. So be careful when setting your teams, especially at the Palace where it is colour restricted and you are tempted to run WoS and Stellarix.
