@Vangor , @Darkness, please, take this to PMs.
… I know Vangor has had his opinions here and there - but he never had problems with talking it out in PMs (personal experience).
It would help preserving the thread.
@Ozball How much communication is available to you? Is it the same / less than Salty? Just so we know who to bombard in times of need. 😉

I would really like to see you banned from these forums. In fact, I have repeatedly asked the devs to do something about the toxic influence you have on the atmosphere on these forums. Yet so far, they have not done anything about it. Maybe because they don’t agree with me or because you’re just very useful to them with your trolling and distracting attention from the deplorable state of the game after the last few updates. As I am not a dev, I can not comment on which of the two is the case…
In fact, your behaviour is what prompted my topic on the state of the forums recently.
But in no way does this relate to how you experience the game. We all do that in our own way, as individuals. To ask someone else to experience something in an identical manner as myself would be rather silly.

Less than Salty, she’s far more knowledgeable than me 😛 . I just hang out on the forums to help out when I can. (old habits die hard 😉 )
I still play the game, so it’s always interesting to me to see the team ideas people come up with here.

Perhaps you could share the secret genius team tactics that the devs use to beat Wisps so easily that there isn’t the _perceived_ problem us lower mortals are suffering? 😉

My guess is that the counters aren’t suited for fast matches. Which means that there is a significant trade off in PVP or Guild Wars.
Edit: okay, I give up. I looked for troops and hero weapons that had non-targeted mana drains (can’t be targeted, due to Stealthy, obviously). Psion and Khorvash cover three colors, assuming the Wisps are in the first two positions. The hero weapon Pan’s Lute takes two more colors, again assuming the Wisps are positioned appropriately. But I found nothing with red.

Actually you are correct @Grundulum. Many people favour very fast PVP teams which means they aren’t using as effective measures against Wisp teams.
It’s harder in GW than PVP if you are trying to maximise points on each colour day.

Perhaps mercy and a couple of satyr musicians might work against wisps. Stick something hard hitting up top, maybe infernus or krystenax and that’s a different team to try at least against wisps. I’m hoping they’re fixing then before dropping the little gits on us console folks.

Slit somewhat hard hitting up top and wisps will use it to kill your second troop.

Waiting for the next streaming so we can see what devs use against, let’s say, Wisp-Kraken-Wisp-Kraken. Impervious broken, of course.
