Frankly, it’s impossible to know until all your Treasures added up to 900% Quailty upgrade chance, then someone (not me, still bad at math 😛) could come up with great formula to guide you all the way with each 9 upgrades.

If you don’t want to wait, that math you quote me (that I made in the very early Delve release. 🕶) in other post still hold true, confirmed by Actreal.
