# Daily Loyalty Bonus randomly lost

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**
Logged in after the day switch (3pm local time), but instead of giving me the 7 days bonus as it always does, it treated as if I broke the streak. I log in every few hours every single day, so apparently it somehow didn’t register any of my logins in the past 24+ hours?
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**
Start Gems of War.

Haven’t raised a ticket, but with today’s 3pm switch the 7 days bonus has been restored 👍
