If you encounter someone breaking our [community guidelines](https://community.gemsofwar.com/faq) in the chat, you can click on their name to report them. We do have our CX humans checking the reports as bots aren’t very clever when it comes to understanding what was said, so while action may not be instant, it will be followed up on.
