# Crashes during GW

I bet when (not if) a player experiences a crash during a guild wars match. If they were compensated with 500 gems. The crashes wouldn’t happen as frequently… And patches wouldn’t be released during guild wars. The latest victims have been steam users. I’m sure they aren’t submitting tickets about it. Because it’s almost pointless to do so. 🤷♂️

I had no crashes of any kind for months on PC, except for the ones that I sent to Support.
They fixed that issue. Create a Support ticket then, and provide facts and evidence to support your claim.
