Any chance its a sorting miscue? Try alphabetical and double check. If missing then it would show up in missing troops list? Just saving you time for when they respond. They’ll prob ask same questions. ---

Another thing you’ll typically get asked for is your in-game Invite Code – presumably so the staff can identify you when checking the serverside game logs. ---

Xbox one version 8.1.0r65426 I had a bunch of high level troops that are now missing Abynissia, Amethialas, Champion of Anu, Diamantia and Elmaugrim are all missing. Im not sure if any others are missing but I know these are. I haven’t played for a long time and now the are not there. Its been at least six months or more. ---

Well they sent me a message claiming that they couldn’t find any trace of me having owned Obsidius. They even suggested I had some kind of delusion thinking I actually owned him; apparently “This happened to [them] too!”. Needless to say this quite pissed me off. I actually keep a list of troops and weapons to look out for and ticked off the ones I acquired; Obsidius was very much ticked off. This tells me either their system is broken or they simply didn’t put in the required effort looking for it. More disturbingly though: I could actually be missing other mythics that I didn’t keep track of! That ‘delusion’ remark was likely made to avoid the alternative theory: that I was lying. If I was going to lie about owning some troop it obviously would not have been Obsidius when the f\*cking dragon gods Diamantina and Stellarix are sitting right there! Hell, even Infernus would have arguably been a better pick. To anyone reading this, perhaps consider taking pictures or something of at least your mythics so you have some proof of owning them. As for me, I’m seriously considering just leaving this game behind if this really turns out to be the end of it. ---

Hi guys…ive be reading the posts on this maytwr as the same thing has happened to me in the last few weeks…ive been downgraded to lvls averaging 60 on my Masteries…they were up to lvls 200+…20 of my delves have been lowered to lvls 220 and under…they were all at lvl 500 with just the pure faction teams to be done in them…in them delves my hoard lvls have gone from 130+ down to lvl 50 to 80…About 2 thirds of all my resources have gone Orbs…Verses…book deeds etc…a lot of my weapons and pets are gone and the ones that are left there have been all downgraded to very low lvls…I Run My own Guild called TheOnlyWay Is Up and ive sent in tickets about this but nobody’s gotten back to me yet…Ive Grinded very hard to get everything i had and to get ahead…everything i had before i left the game due to work commitments a few months ago was maxed out and everything was leveled up to max…When i logged in few weeks ago i started noticing stuff missing when i started to open chests and was pulling troops i already had saying that it was new…Can you please respond to me thank you as this has affected me big time…I put alot of time into this game and i would like it to be fixed…You guys have all the data there that shows my statistics and what i had then and what i have now…its beyond a joke how much has gone missing on me…I’ll be quiting the game if its not sorted out pretty soon…its on your end the fault is…send me an update with the save file from the last time i was logged in a few minths ago to my game from yee so i can upload it…this has been the fault of your updates so can you kindly fix the problem thank you ---

That’s extreme. That sounds like a different account. Did you log in under a different user name PSN ID etc?
