Could you also take a picture of the kingdom screen, showing the completed quests? Having both parts of this would either clearly show the bug to the devs (and thus speed up the fix) or would show something that you might have overlooked. ---

Do you have all of the quests done? Maybe they have it set not to upgrade until you have every kingdom quest done? ---
