# \[Contact Support\] Medal evolution freezes my game

**Describe your issue:**  
About 70% of the time when I finish a battle and get medals to evolve my game freezes and I cannot move past the evolution screen. The only way I have been able to carry on is to close the game and restart. I play through Steam on a laptop.
