# \[Contact Support\] Gnome-a-Palooza purchased in the SF did not result in any Gnome game

PC Windows

I crafted a Gnome-a-palooza in the Soulforge and clicked out as usual. When I got to the Kingdom screen, no timer and no Gmones game mode appeared. I did the same thing again and got the same result. The backend appeared to work as always, but the game mode was not sent out to the Kingdom.
