Expectation: she expected to be able to play GAP for the full duration Reality: she only had five minutes since daily reset stopped her GAP **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** Once! I donโ€™t think anybody would like try this again **Steps to make it happen again** Start a GAP 5 minutes before daily reset, watch your verses go to waste She will open a support ticket but a set of verses would be a nice compensation for her. ---
