# \[Contact Support\] Event keys disappear without use/raid reward not given

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**

Not this thats for sure

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**

Only a couple times so far.

**Steps to make it happen again**

It may not happen again. Do not want to loose resources to find out since this company doesnt care enough to compensate.

I had 170+ event keys, dueled guild mate, came back to something like 148 event keys…

During guild raid rewards, said i was supposed to get event keys, didnt happen.

I did. Been about 2 weeks now. Not a word from them. Now what?

Should i continue to lie to myself and hope ;  
for help that will never come?  
That they actually care, about anything the customers, unless it makes them more money?

Should i expect More discrimination from this forum because i hid not the truth?
