# \[Contact Support\] Crafted traitstones disappearing

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Crafted major traitstones. 5 minutes later back to zero. Only happens when crafting major traitstones.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Consistently happening since last weekends vault event

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Not sure how to make it happen. It just happens randomly.
