i got this error on my android phone after reinstalling the game on a my phone, the game is running fine on steam but can’t load my account on phone although it used to run fine a while back on the same phone

I reinstalled the game and couldn’t recover my account due to a ‘cloud’ error. Had to play through Newbie intro til the Options menu showed up, then was able to link the account via email
