# \[Contact Support\] Cannot open dungeon doors

Xbox One.
**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
Select a door and press A. What I expect to happen is the game reveals what is behind the door. What actually happens is nothing.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
Started happening today. Doesn’t matter which door I select, none of them work. Other game modes all seem to work fine.
**Steps to make it happen again**
Try to play dungeons.
