# Connection to Server Timed Out (Not a bug)

_iphone_

**Screenshot or image**

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened**  
_Will not let me log in today. Keeps telling me to try again later and that my connection to server has timed out._

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_First time happening, but has been like this all morning (at least 4 hours now)_

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Do you know how to make this happen? Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!_  
_Just trying to click on the app to sign in for day_
