We are a casual guild about to break the top 1000. You can search by name and join or I can invite. No one gets kicked for any reason other than not playing for well over a month. Here is our info:

Rank: 1076  
Members: 17/28  
Current league: Diamond Trophies: 3543

Most members are really active. No requirements to join and if you contribute you will be promoted.
