Xbox One. In the sunspear class event. After buying from the shop the Tier V weapon “Flame Soul” it doesn’t appear in my weapon list. What can I do!?! ---

There was an error with the file for the weapon. The game team have sent a fix to the server. If you restart - completely close and reopen the game - you should see the Weapon.
