# Chest menu is not working

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
I was expecting to enter at the Chest menu and use my keys but i got trapped in an infinite loop with the charging color orbs.

**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
Just happened, i was playing normally. I opened chests normally until from one moment to the other ithappends.

I’ve looked into this issue for you, could you please restart your game and see if this has fixed the issue?

This is happening more often lately. Restarting does fix the issue

Thanks for answer and for the help. It’s fix now 🙂

Oh and just for devs concerns, i tried restarting and also re-installing the game before i create this topic and didn’t works.
