# Chat not closing

Hey, are you playing on PC/mobile, Xbox, PS4 or Switch?

Have you checked your “Lite chat opacity” settings?

If your opacity settings are all the way to the left, then can you please take a pic of the chat so we can see what’s happening exactly?
