Thanks for the helpful info. I couldn’t bring myself to heart some posts because I’m sad about the cutbacks in staff, as I’m sure you are, too. Thanks for sticking with us! I know you to be friendly, helpful and very responsive. I’m sorry if the new situation is making it hard for you to respond in your normal timeframe. Transitions can be frustrating for all involved.
