# Changeover Errors?

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
I don’t know if these two things are related, but:

1. It appears my trophies did not reset from last week, at least as far as it shows in the guild roster, and

2. I am not receiving any rewards for tier level increases.  
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**
