They removed the connection between gnome and rewards to concentrate all same items together for a “better” view. You received the rewards, but you won’t know who gave them (except troops, which is always Cedric) ---

As said above, Cedric from Cedric, diamond from a gnome and souls from 2 gnomes. Any reward that comes from multiple sources will have a sack icon over it (similar to the loot icon on Gnomes). When a player interacts with that reward it will bring up a popup that will display all the sources that the reward came from. ---

Apparently the internal logic is to classify rewards as major/minor almost exclusively based on the reward type. Which is . . . not ideal. For example, a Tier 7 Trials battle awards Chaos Shards but they are classified as minor, when a Tier 8 Trials battle awards colored Jewels and Diamonds which are classified as major? ---

I especially like how Cedric and the minor traitstone rewards now get highlighted on the top of the screen. Giving the “flaming poop bags” of Vault Rewards star treatment is a great practical joke. BWAHAHA! Not sure who had the sense of humour to make this change but I’m still laughiing thinking about it. ---

Did they had the nerve to nerf Vault? I hardly get anything out of it. ---

As discussed above the Vault hasn’t been nerfed. It’s just that the rewards have been repositioned- gold and souls consolidated with the routine battle rewards, gems are also on the bottom. Devs, the Vault rewards are proving quite confusing to players. You may want to reconsider how they’re presented. ---

Uploading: 1000041455.jpg… I noticed the same thing just now, I played 2 games and in both I didn’t win anything other than Cedric. You got gems and gold from gnome drops there: gems only drop from gnomes, and the sack icon on the gold means that it’s combined the battle gold and the gnome gold together. It is a problem, and _confusing_, that it’s no longer easy to tell what the gnome rewards are. ---

Those gems are from the normal gnomes, not Cedric (he dropped himself). ---

Is that why I played 100 v 10 epic keys and got less than 30 gems? total? I get more than that on the hourly loot. ---

Not a nerf, just bad RNG mojo. The same has happened to me before. In truth, the regular vault keys are a more consistent provider of gems than the epics. That’s because of the doom gnome which only rewards chaos shards. There are the large 300 and 900-gem prizes in the epic pool but they’re a low probability draw, roughly 1% and 0.5% respectively. ---
